It’s that time of year again — The Big Give SA 2023!
This is a day of giving for hundreds of nonprofit organizations in the San Antonio area.
WHY BIG GIVE IS SO IMPORTANT THIS YEAR?
Big Give 2023 will return for their 10th anniversary of fundraising success on Wednesday September 20 at 6 PM thru Thursday September 21 at 6 PM.
OUR 2023 BIG GIVE GOAL
If you follow TruLight127 closely on Facebook, then you know we are opening a new house called Discovery House. This addition will house 6 more kids more independently at TruLight Youth Village.
We are eagerly waiting to open this new home and be able to get more children off of CPS office floors, more resources for teens, and more support for families taking foster children in.
Our goal at TruLight127 for the Big Give 2023 is to raise $7,500. The funds raised will be used to continue the mission of TruLight127 Ministries!
Since TruLight Youth Village officially opened its homes and beds to foster children in September 2019, we have helped over 1500 children placed in the foster care system. In addition to our 4 houses, lovingly furnished by the incredible hearts of our donors, opening the Discovery house is just another way that we can make TruLight Village a safe home where these children can grow and learn.
