About the event

This 7-week self-worth series is designed to help teen girls understand how beliefs about themselves are formed—and how those beliefs impact their choices, relationships, and emotional health.

Throughout the series, participants will gently explore the lies many girls come to believe about their value and identity, and learn how to recognize and replace those lies with truth. A key session focuses on the 14 common tactics people use to gain power and control, equipping girls with awareness, language, and boundaries that help them recognize unhealthy dynamics and protect themselves emotionally.

The series also creates space to reflect on when and where self-doubt first took root, helping girls understand how past experiences, relationships, and messages have shaped how they see themselves today. This insight allows them to respond with clarity rather than self-blame.

A smaller portion of the class addresses forgiveness—not as pressure or obligation, but as a healthy, personal step…
