Provide temporary care, structure, love, nurture, and encouragement while a child’s permanency plan is determined. Many children enter foster care with a goal of reunification.
Care for children with openness to adoption if reunification is not possible. This path allows families to support a child through uncertainty and potentially into permanency.
When children are legally eligible for adoption, families can provide a permanent, loving home and lifelong commitment.

Our goal is to complete licensing within 90 days. Families are expected to finish their application, paperwork, and required training within 90 days or less. Tell your licensing specialist early about any obstacles so we can plan together and keep the process moving. Final approval depends on all licensing requirements being complete.

No. You do not need to own your home. Families may rent or own, as long as the home meets safety standards and landlord approval is obtained when required.
