Who We Are and What We Do
At TruLight127 Ministries, we believe lasting change happens when children and families are surrounded with love, care, and community. That’s why we take a wraparound approach—meeting needs at every stage of the journey. From recruiting and supporting foster and adoptive families, to providing safe homes at the TruLight Youth Village, to walking alongside families through Project REACH, we’re there every step of the way. Our goal is to help children find safety and a sense of belonging while also strengthening families so they can thrive together for a lifetime.
Child Placing Agency
TruLight127 Ministries is a licensed Child Placing Agency that recruits, trains, and supports foster and adoptive families across Texas. We walk alongside families through every step of the journey—offering ongoing support groups, resources, and encouragement as they open their homes and hearts to children in need. TruLight Youth Village
Our General Residential Operation, known as TruLight Youth Village, provides a safe, stable home for children and youth experiencing foster care as well as displaced youth. We specialize in caring for large sibling groups—so brothers and sisters can stay together—and teens who often have fewer placement options. At the Village, every child is given a place to heal, grow, and belong.
Project REACH
Restoring, Empowering, and Advancing Communities in Healing.
TruLight127 offers Supportive Services that strengthen families and help prevent children from entering or re-entering the foster care system.
