We’ve been working on something really special at TruLight127, and now we need people willing to help us take the next step.
Through Project REACH, we have been thoughtfully updating our Parenting Tender Hearts curriculum while holding onto the strong foundation that has made this program meaningful for families.
Parenting Tender Hearts is a TBRI®-informed parent education program that helps adults look beyond behavior to better understand what may be happening with a child—and then gives them practical tools for connection, regulation, boundaries, discipline, and everyday parenting.
This fall, we are opening two small pilot classes, and we would love to have parents, caregivers, and professionals join us.
This isn't just an opportunity to take the class. We want your feedback.
As a pilot participant, you'll help us look at the updated presentations, activities, participant materials, and real-life application. We want to know what connects, what is helpful, what needs more explanation, and what will make this program even stronger for the families we serve.
Choose the class that works for you:
Monday Evening Pilot October 5-November 9, 2026 7:00-8:30 PM Live on Zoom
Wednesday Morning Pilot October 7-November 11, 2026 10:00-11:30 AM Live on Zoom
Both classes include six live sessions and are limited to 12 participants each so that we can have real conversation, practice together, and hear meaningful feedback.
Parenting Tender Hearts can be valuable for biological parents, foster and adoptive parents, kinship caregivers, residential staff, churches, educators, and other professionals who care for or work with children.
A certificate will also be available for foster parents, professionals, and others who need documentation of completed training.

Mondays: Oct 5 – Nov 9
Seven o'clock to eight-thirty PM via Zoom. This series focuses on connection, behavior, and appropriate caregiver expectations.
Wednesdays: Oct 7 – Nov 11
Ten o'clock to eleven-thirty AM via Zoom. A specialized live series incorporating Trust-Based Relational Intervention® principles.
